2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users to explore our Service before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed accordingly.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires
- Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after expiration, allowing you to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not extensively used the Service during that period.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer:
- Full refund: Within 14 days of initial purchase, if you have not extensively used the Service
- Prorated refund: Within 30 days of initial purchase, minus a reasonable fee for the time used
- No refund: After 30 days from initial purchase
4.3 What Constitutes "Extensive Use"
Extensive use includes but is not limited to:
- Uploading more than 10 documents
- Generating more than 5 AI quizzes or summaries
- Creating more than 3 courses or notebooks
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality after extensive use
- Technical issues on the user's end (e.g., incompatible browser, internet connectivity)
- Change of mind after the refund eligibility period
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- Provide your order or transaction ID if available
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If your refund is approved:
